The Sales Performance Division is looking for a Sales People Strategy Associate located in Berlin. Your mission will be to boost Monthly Recurring Revenues (MRR) growth by impacting directly the MRR / headcount & retention of our 500 sales in France, Germany & beyond.
More specifically, your role will encompass key global responsibilities such as building our new sales incentives scheme, optimizing our Sales organisation across teams and piloting our sales staffing plan. If successful, your impact on some of Doctolib’s most important KPIs will be immediate, direct, & measurable.
This position is global & highly strategic, at a time when Doctolib is scaling up at exceptional speed, developing its product portfolio & expanding its geographic presence - and therefore needs to bring its Sales organization to the next level.
