Customer Marketing Manager

 

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to build and manage our structured community of B2B users. The challenge will be to create & execute strategies to generate traction and drive engagement in our community of thousands of users.

This role will be deeply involved in the future shaping of our products but also in the improvement of our service quality and development of marketing campaigns. This will contribute to improve the overall engagement and satisfaction of our users in the Doctolib experience. This role requires at least 5 years marketing experience in a fast growing tech company, a top tier consultancy, or an equivalent top track record (VC firm etc). 



What will be your missions?

 

  • Grow visits and active members on our user community platform by collaborating with product marketing & product teams.
  • Continually improve our moderation process in order to scale our community
  • Develop our user advocacy program to engage, retain and drive the growth our community and increase the trust in Doctolib 
  • Develop & execute animation strategies in order to increase engagement throughout our community and our user advocacy program, online & offline.
  • Leverage our power users in order to help our product teams, improve the global usage of our product, our service quality and increase our upsells & leads 
  • Define community value by working closely with data analysts and measuring impact



Your team



The Product Marketing team has the objective to define and deliver a perfect product-market fit for all our customers, thanks to a thorough understanding of healthcare professionals. By joining us Customer Marketing Manager, you will report to the Product Lead Marketing and be part of Doctolib's founding team in Italy. Reporting directing to the Product Marketing Lead, you will be one of the first hires of Doctolib in  Italy.

 

Your skills 

You could be our next team mate if: 

 

- You have a minimum of 5 years experience with a fast and successful track record in Marketing or Product positions that include community management, event organization & management, market research preferably in a fast-growing company;

- You have a significant experience of building a community of users from scratch.

- You have experienced working with product management and engineering organizations in a tech environment.

- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;

- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;

- You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;

- You are fluent in English. Native speaker in Italian is mandatory;

 

Now, it would be fantastic if you could also 

 

- Have an understanding of the healthcare industry and a good vision of the future of healthcare

- Speak either french or german
